First proper walk of the new year (6 miler). Bought a couple of kettle bells from Aldi (it's one of their current "sh*t you didn't know you needed" offers ) so I can start to do some resistance stretches at home.

Bread rolls are clearly cobs.

I've found it a useful way of interacting with people while I've been on my own for most of this year. It's kept me motivated and given me much needed feedback (sorry if you've not enjoyed my constant witterings ;) I've got a lot of friends on FB. I know them all as I've been and done a lot of thing...

Studying and writing. Made some more progress on this ******** assignment I've got to hand in on Monday morning! Back at work tomorrow so planning on spending as much time as possible on it then (the company's paying for the course so I don't feel bad about this!).

Pot roasted silverside of beef in red wine with mash and loads of steamed veg, leftover Christmas pudding a cream for dessert all washed down with a very nice Macon Lugny.
