Re: What are you eating ??
Full roast beef with all the trimmings, plus pigs in blankets and sprouts with bacon. All rounded off with a large portion of tiramisu.
OK, not traditional but bloody tasty all the same.

Pigs in blankets sandwich with bonus stuffing balls, topped off with a smidge of garlic farm BBQ sauce. Was still hungry so followed that up with a roast beef sarnie and a wedge of Christmas cake.

Re: What are you eating ??
Oh my, how much have I eaten in the last 48hrs? Way way too much, is the answer, traditional bacon sarnies for breakfast, but it was without a doubt the best Crimbo meal Mrs Gee has ever cooked, sprouts with lashings of fried lardons and roast chestnuts, leeks and cauliflower with ham chunks in thick cheddar cheese sauce, pigs in blankets, two different home made stuffings, roastie potatoes, corn fed chicken, peas and carrots glazed in butter, then Mums Christmas pudding and double cream, after that was an epic cheese course with so many extras - including chilled white port, coffee and liqueurs to finish, oh my poor stomach.
But we aren't quitters here, we did a full buffet lunch yesterday and filled everyone to bursting again, amazing thing is that we have actually made a dent in the food hoard my darling wife has laid in for the season. There's something timeless about cold meats and pickles at any time of the year, but on Boxing Day they always seem to taste better and evoke memories of my childhood, they without a shadow of a doubt my favourite thing to eat on the 26th of December.
Bad news of the Crimbo meal was my Mil and FiL both down with the lurgy and so ill they couldn't attend, so Mrs Gee plated up for them and drove theirs round to their house meals on wheels styley. Still really unwell the pair of them but on the mend.

pasta and meatballs.
I've cooked a nice little vindaloo, which will stand overnight for more of a kick.

Pot roasted silverside of beef in red wine with mash and loads of steamed veg, leftover Christmas pudding a cream for dessert all washed down with a very nice Macon Lugny.
