A lovely "heathy options" chicken pasta thingy but only 385 cals. (y)
TBH for diet food it was very tasty, just not very filling :D

I'm experimenting with marinades and pastes. I've got some turkey breasts sat in a coriander, chili, garlic and ginger paste. Should be ready for this evening's dinner. I reckon grilled and put in some fresh ciabatta with a lime sauce.
