Mrs Kwacky is at work. Miss Kwacky is at her mate's house so it's me and my son. It's bloody freezing out there so it looks like housebound activities.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Late start today, but we're all off swimming at the local pool this afternoon, hopefully that'll drain the excess energy MiniGee has in abundance and followed up by a large portion of homemade Chicken and Ham pie for dinner later on. If all goes to plan he should be whacked out enough to disappear off to bed early enough so Mrs Gee and I can start to watch the GoT DVD set I got for Christmas.
Best laid plans etc, means we will probably be more tired than him later......

Re: What are you doing today ??
Work today looked round another house.. I was really hoping that I wasn't going to like it
It ticks all the boxes we can find, with the exception of the 3rd bedroom being a bit small. Then at the end of the viewing the vendor pipes up saying they have already drawn up plans to turn it into a decent 4 bed. What's worse is the extension wouldn't be prohibitively expensive and has already been approved by the planners..

Too much for a new years Eve!! Taken down the Christmas tree, sorted out my car (had too much craps in it), shredded all my old paperwork, walked the dog a couple of times and cleaned and scrubbed the house. Now time for a new years Eve Chinese [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

Been to soft play, was a bargain pound each. Plus they where doing breakfasts, which sold the deal for me.
Then popped down to my parents for a bit.

Studying and writing. Made some more progress on this ******** assignment I've got to hand in on Monday morning! Back at work tomorrow so planning on spending as much time as possible on it then (the company's paying for the course so I don't feel bad about this!).
