Getting one of the parties to agree to a reduction is often the hardest part though.
I've got one with CCTV showing the front passenger kneeling on the seat facing the rear passengers and witness evidence that says he went out the windscreen. But the Claimant refuses to accept a reduction because he says he's got a bruise from the seatbelt and the police report was inconclusive.
