Must get annoying walking down to the bottom and then realising you've left the keys to the speed boat at the top.

can't see the attraction , short straight ish bit - hairpin - rinse and repeat several times and I'm not fond of heights at all , although I dont mind flying ....

I was watching an extremely quick and technical descent on the tour last night and they were extremely impressive. I reckon they could get done there on a push bike quicker than we could on a motorbike.

Yes it's called Lacets de Montvernier and is part of today's Tour de France stage.

They have raced down some pretty spectacular ones in fairness.

Tonight's stage will be good as it's a very challenging last day in the alps and Fromme is under pressure and attacks constantly now which could lead to some maniac descending and risk taking on the down hill sections.
