At work, morning smoko choices are make your own wrap or hot savories.. I try to be good and have a wrap but when party pies are on the serve I have a

Pie wrap. It's actually bloody yummy!

I dont feel guilty about any foods , I recognise that I eat too much meat and not enough fruit and veg but thats what I like and I aint dead yet
