Clothing.

Post by D41 »

Anyone have a lot of it??? Damn, I was going through my stuff today and I have fricking tons of clothes.....Edie says I have a load of nice stuff, but I only wear the old ones, which I suppose is kinda true.....dozens of socks, undies, tees, shorts, etc....the one area I'm lacking in is jeans, but I hate long pants, so rarely bother with them....but soccer tees from teams I've never heard of, cycling gear, baseball tops & hats, even NFL stuff....I'm trying to do a clean out and I can't decide on what to throw away??

I wouldn't care, but I'm not very picky....I like nice clothes and all, but I generally just grab whatever is on top and roll with that....which is prolly the stuff I just wore the week before.

I do need a new beret though...my current one is 20 years old, and looking a little tired......anyone who posts a Michael Crawford pic shall die!!

Beret (rofl)

My wife kicks off about my footwear fetish. I've got loads of shoes and trainers.

When I was a teen all I wore was jeans and t-shirts. I had over 100 t-shirts at one point. I've trimmed back to about 40 now :D

Feck you.....my beret is feckin' awesome....actually it's more of a flat-cap you wear backwards.....I look like a bit of a Cabbage-patch Doll with it on, but I love it....it's very San Fran...and NO, I don't mean The Castro district. :D

I'm low on shoes.....I've dress shoes, which I rarely wear, and then three or four pairs of retro Nike hi-tops which are really cool.....plus one pair of Nike low-tops which I had to get after the racing hip & ball-joint were installed...learning to walk again is not all it's cracked up to be!! :D

I've some nice Nike hi's in blue, but I'm kinda saving them until I can find some reds, so I can do a Lorenzo thing.

Ohhh....I want one!! Seriously.

Hey....I'm always gonna do the opposite of what's "right". Bully me, and I'll take up boxing & rugby....I'll never be tough, but you'll never kick the crap outta me again.....terrified of bikes...hell yes, so buy one.
Lisp & stammer like a fecking idiot....then take the goddamn stage and do comedy....I swear, it's 6.30am here, and I've been up all night working on my speech patterns....I know it drives people nuts when they ask me sommit, 'cos I usually pause for a while to gather my thoughts, and slow myself down.....and feck you doc "You'll never walk again" I walked two hours after surgery.....although admittedly I did feck myself up a bit and didn't walk for another month...not for want of trying though.

So make fun of my silly hat, I couldn't give a toss. :D

Thanks!!....Holy crap....I never knew they were a Northern company, or even an English company for that matter....how cool is that!! I remember the old motorcycle helmets well enough though.

That 504 in blue kicks ass, but it's a bit too 'Dodgeresque' for me.

I never knew they made the Army Berets, I thought they were a modern Ozzy fashion brand.

GET IN!!!

I found one....my local liquor store sells just about everything, and I found a killer beret thing in black that's all quilted inside and only $14....however, I only had a twenty on me and I needed a pack of smokes.....I'll be back there this morning for sure.

They borrowed a pic of a kangaroo, that's about all the Ozzy in that story. I think if you got seen wearing one of those over here (outside of a major city) you'd get beaten up :D

I'm so disappointed in you Monty, whoring around on your floppy Bonnie hat. :P

P.S. Re Clothes, if you haven't worn it in two years you should bin it, anything with a hole in it (that shouldn't be there) - bin it. Lastly, if it's remotely gay *cough*red shoes*cough* - bin it - vodka and late night tinternet shopping don't mix. (facepalm)

Two years eh???.....doesn't sound like a bad idea....my problem was all the free stuff I'd get from the people I work for and the people I buy from......on top of that, my former boss was always taking trips, and would always bring me back a tee from the local Hard Rock Café......I had two drawers full of the feckers that I just gave away as Xmas presents.....I'll bet even now I have more tees than Rich's piddly 40....and they're just so cheap if I do decide to buy some......prolly never pay more than $8 for a shirt, paid $2.50 for one yesterday that just has the word 'adopted.' written on it.....I think it's cool, but then I like off the wall quirky stuff.
