New software rollouts are one of the banes of an IT person's life, usually.
I do not miss them. He said, trying to remotely deploy a telephony project to a different timezone.

Software is hands down the worst upgrade anyone can be burdened with.. I doubt any software upgrade has ever gone smoothly or on time.

Me neither.
Currently, I'm having fun ringing San Francisco taxi companies (where it's 3.25 am) and playing them a recorded message which says:
"Weasels have eaten our phone system".
It's a proof of concept thing. Also, they're taxis. They **** deserve it.

Nice shot Jack, & from it I've just realised what it is about the image of the new Brough Superiors that's been at the back of my mind about them. They're almost SteamPunk.?

Re: What are you doing today ??
Not exactly today but rather last night went and watched Steve Parrish's Madtour.
Great evening. Really funny and entertaining. Some great stories and Steve has definitely lived a very full and rewarding life. Quite a character
If there is a show near you I would recommend it as a great night out

Looks like a cracking day kiwi
Just pitched up at a nice hotel in the Cotswolds with Mrs nutz. Bottle of chilled champaign on arrival. Looking forward to a nice meal later. I love my kids very much, but it ain't half nice to have some time off
