Help! Loading a bike into a van...

Post by DaytonaBuff »

Bit of a long shot, but does anybody oop norf have a ramp or length of scaff board they could lend me for loading a bike into a van on Monday? I'm in the Manchester area. Would see whoever right for a drink (and I don't mean slipping a teabag into their pocket). That came out wrong...

I have a sort of a home made ramp thing I use for moving the Z650 into the shed, its a bit of a step up, you can borrow that if you like, whereabouts are you btw ?

This any good to you ? might be a bit short if the van ledge is high, make it a bit steep but if you need it no worries.

Could be spot on mate! I'm actually off to see a bloke in Stockport who does scaffolding planks and sleepers, etc. So fingers crossed I won't need to take you up on your kind offer but can I keep you as a backup, mate? Will sort you a few beers if so. Cheers Stew. You getting on better with the bike/confidence thing now?
