F'ING Nandos
Just spent an hour and 20 minutes in a traffic jam on a journey that should have taken 30 minutes.
The kids wanted Nandos for tea was the reason for the journey.
It's in there restaurant finder but when you get here doesn't open until 2nd september.
No mention of such on the website. Ironically if they were open I wouldn't hesitate to knock some cu#t out who is allegedly in charge.
One word WANKERS

Re: F'ING Nandos
Well a slight change of fortune.
Just checked in to tonight's hotel and as I'm a gold member I got 2 free drinks vouchers.
The missus is putting the kids to bed and they have my favourite cider so time to chill my aching bones now
Happy days again and off to Silverstone for the motogp tomorrow.

Re: F'ING Nandos
Obvious personal choice and opinions are divided.
Never been a fan of KFC, far too greasy and normal poor quality chicken hidden under batter in my experience.
Try nandos Jack. You can get a nice healthy flame grilled chicken breast cooked to order with 2 sides and a drink for under a tenner. Nice, healthy, quick lunch imo. Worth a try if nothing else.

Re: F'ING Nandos
I'm pretty certain the same company in the UK supplies chicken to KFC and Nandos.
I'll find the link.

Re: F'ING Nandos
I'm sure they do. Thing is they can't hide it under batter at Nandos.
Did you know our national dish of fish n chips has the fish cooked in batter as tradionally it hid the rotten fish from view of the eater.

As for KFC around here they are piss poor. I mean I have eaten at Mr Cod (around 3 in local area) southern fried chicken takeaway place near it (1 as it's a privately owned take away) and KFC (Hundreds in town and around town) not one of those KFC hasn't dished up a piece of chicken that isn't greasy. Bone and skin. They make me so angry I refuse to pay more money there unless its for a burger then they are OK but I'm talking about chicken pieces. Is unbelievable as everywhere else I have tried them (different countries for something quick when out) they are amazing proper chicken but here they think that grease is just acceptable. The UK directers need to be shot, skalped and their body parts spiked on all the corners of Great Britian for do I g this to us, and the American ones need to come over and taste what their company are servicing up over here in my eyes.
But the Mr Cod and southern fried place are amazing, they serve up exactly what you expect from chicken shop proper chicken in a box. How can't KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) not do this their whole name is what they should be able to do.
Anyway rant over
Nandos is great only thing I don't like is they place you next to another table and your elbows touch other peoples and pretty much listen in to everyone else's conversations because they fit in a billion table's in a small area! Other than that the food is good [FACE SAVOURING DELICIOUS FOOD]
