2 Bacon sandwiches for breakfast this morning, 5 rashers of thick butchers bacon. My body was craving protein after yesterday's race, well that's my excuse any way ![Blush (blush)](./images/smilies/emoticon-0111-blush.gif)

Re: What are you eating ??
Some homemade venison sausages a friend of mine made. Creamy mash and whole grain mustard and a pint of real ale. I could only eat 2 sausages, they're very rich and gamey.

A 10 oz sirloin and an 8 oz fillet from Arbuckles, known as a No-bone T-Bone. Chips and a creamy pepper sauce to accompany.
Then shared a 24oz chocolate brownie and ice cream dessert with the family.
I'm not even full! Think I should start lifting weights again!

Pasta bake last night and then several large G&T's, so it'll be bacon butties with lashings of brown sauce and plenty of tea this morning. ![Muscle (muscle)](./images/smilies/emoticon-0165-muscle.gif)
