Flying home
Only a short break home this time, 12 days once you take travel out, but looking forward to it all the same! Hopefully some of the bits for the bike have turned up, and get to collect the leathers and helmet.

There's a drag strip at every traffic light. It's ace. Wide roads perfectly straight. I put it through its paces

Fitting a door handle, watching the preschool end of term show, and a bit of job hunting.

Mrs Kwacky is at work until 5 so I've got the kids. Not doing much. Best tidy up the house, look after the kids and walk the dog. Usual stuff.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Yesterday went to the air show at Fairford, been promising myself for a few years now, not been for sometime and needed my fix.
Reports said it would be dry all day, even a bit of sun, so I did not cater for wet weather!!!! It was murky all morning, with constant drizzle, not good for photos, especially when I dont have the top of the range kit I saw around me.... Man I want a big lens now, something to let a lot of light in as well.
At least the ride home was dry

Re: What are you doing today ??
Nice one Rossgo. Been a few years since I've been to Windsor but a really nice place. Remember having a nice lunch on an old train station that had been developed into a food and drink area.
Nice one frank if it wasn't so far away for me and I hadn't just come of nights I would have gone myself as like you I have wanted to go for a few years . We have been Raf Waddington airshow the last few years and had a great day out but unfortunately it's not on this year as they are doing some work on the runway.

Currently at Bristol airport waiting for my son to arrive from jersey, we are having a father /son bonding week, he's been a pita at home apparently as he has been doing his college exams, been a bit abbusive to his mum . I'm taking him to Newquay for a few days and as he recently became 18 I can take him to the pub as well !
