Good luck Rossgo. You obviously deserve the promotion as sounds like your already doing the job and I know from previous posts your a grafter who demands the job is done right as it should be. I'm sure all your hard work and effort will pay off as I say you definitely deserve it. Good luck mate.

I've been waiting for several months for a report from a mechanical engineer. It came in this afternoon,. I've destroyed it and sent it back to him with a flea in his ear, asking him politely to read the instructions I sent and the papers with those instructions.
It's a multi million pound case and he's not even read what I sent him

got the reports from the respective service centres for the repair on my camera and lens not cheap but not half as expensive as I'd imagined , about £750 in total .

Being so lazy. Took my dog out for a walk in the woods for 30 mins now sitting down watching telly with the dog snuggled up with me
I'm surprised just how tired I am. I usually am on the go so I guess don't usually get time to feel like this. Feels quite nice actually!!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Woke up today to the smell of bacon.
The kids brought me bacon baguettes and tea in bed.
Gave me presents of chocolate, a home-made sunglasses case and this...
Went out bowling, Pizza Hut for lunch, then back home to try and make the Lego bike with BSB on in the background.
Not a bad day all in all. Almost worth having kids!!!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Happy Fathers Day you lot! Ours is in September over here.
Sitting in the Doctors waiting rooms. Elbow injury from the off has got infected. Need to get that under control before I fly off to work in the tropics in 8 days.
Also got to get bloods done, so had to fast and no morning coffee. It's surprising how my body has come to rely on it to get going. I feel like I have a hangover!

Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

Realising it takes more than a day to get over a hangover.
Curse you, old age.
