First Gig
Can you remember your first live band?
I saw Iron Maiden at the Birmingham Odeon back in the mid 80s

Re: First Gig
Apart from going to watch my mates bands when we were young, my first proper gig was Jimmy page & Robert plant at Wembley Arena. My mum got me the ticket for my 16th birthday.
It was when they brought out the Walking into Clarksdale album. I think they played one or 2 songs from that album and then the rest was all the old Led Zepp stuff

The Jam - Bingley Hall Birmingham circa 1980.
Still ranks as one of the best gigs I have ever been too.
