Why would you want to pay £300k for a box with a strange shaped garden? I don't care where it is, it's worth £50k at most.
Some muppet will buy it though
why?

Re: why?
It ain't the house is it, it's the land value.....apartments in certain parts of Tokyo/Yokohama are the same size, don't have a garden, and cost three times that.
It's amazing innit....I paid at least an extra $100K to live in this part of Orange......move the house half a mile and you can chop that right off the top - that's just the price you pay to live in the Plaza District....AND I DON'T LIVE IN THE PLAZA DISTRICT!! - IT'S ACROSS THE STREET!!.....But, the house's proximity to Olde Towne bump the price up.
This wasn't a huge conscious decision on the part of the ex & myself....the house came up, and a friend found a way to make us qualify for it.....plus Orange really is a nice place, and very centrally located.
And it's for sale, just in case anyone is interested??

Currently being technically single, that sound's like an excellent idea.duke63 wrote:You could cook your dinner whilst taking a dump.
