What did you do to your bike today ??
It's funny when I ride to work the route I do there's a few bikes on the route and most of us filter most the way but when they see a police car or van at the front of the traffic they panic and pull in behind a car where I just pootle along side them and give them a nod.
I get knocked down but i get up again.

Provided you filter in the right places you're fine. I'm pretty sure the Police want to see us making good progress on our bikes.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Added a few more running in miles and stopped for a quick photo op, well why not, almost got flatten by some big old traaaaaactor! Serves me right for parking in front of the gate
Which leads me to a polite notice to all.
Its that time of the year again where the roads are being dressed as they call it. Watch out for the loose chippings, and plums coming the otherway as 100 mph scattering the chips all over you
Its harvest time, so watch out for heavy plant, tractors, combines etc... coming out of entrances you did not even knew existed in the fields. I watched tonight as a tractor had to slam on his brakes pulling out as a car came around the corner real quick bearing in mind he has to get out with a massive trailer behind him.
Just be extra careful peeps.

Started to fill the stone chip on the nose cone thus trying to flatten it and fetching the paint out
Been given some hardener by a smart repair repairer on trust that I'll return it
Its doing the trick, I just need to be a little more patient but its working
