Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

I got some funny looks hiding under my desk while having lunch, I kept pretending I dropped a fork, and took a few bits each time I went under!Kwacky wrote::UhOh:

Have some fun with them, that's what I reckon.
For a few days change your meals round so your eating a big lunch, then just make comments like "having a real hungry day"..

Re: What are you eating ??
Today was a much better diet day for me...
Breakfast:
Porridge
Lunch:
Mexican Pulled Chicken sandwiches
FibreOne bar
Nature Valley bar
Dinner:
Mini Roast dinner without the potato. Probably 60/40 meat/veg ratio
Now I've just enjoyed a coffee while taking a 5 minute break from uni work... back at it again now

A very good sirloin steak ....a touch fatty, but overall a nice cut, & fries which I somehow overcooked just a tad.
