That house in the link looks very rustic.
I can't decide if that's a good thing or not.

This is my plan for when the kids have finished school. France, Italy, Spain, all that area is somewhere I would like to go.duke63 wrote:The UK economy is only kept solvent by continuously increasing house prices.
I can still see us selling up at some point and moving to France.
Ideally I would love Australia or New Zeland, but that may be a bit too far for keeping in touch with family.

Yesterday didn't go exactly to plan. Ended up goo g to the dentist, then to the walk in clinic to get an x-ray of my teeth and then back to the dentist to drop off the x-ray. I have had pain for a week now in my wisdom tooth and the dentist said ive got an infection so he's given me antibiotics. He's also recommended to get possibly the bottom and top wisdom teeth out as they will only get worse. Wuite a routine issue so fingers crossed I'll get a date to get them yanked out soon!

Reckon you’d love NZ, very good for outdoor activities, warmer than UK but not as nuclear as Aussie, and fantastic motorbike roads.D6Nutz wrote:This is my plan for when the kids have finished school. I’d be back in a heartbeat if my situation would allow it. Even Jess is keen.

Yeah they won’t pull them out if they are infected. They like you to clear the infection first. Then just get someone to pull the full set out. Just trouble down the road anyways. I got my first pulled out then next time got the remaining three pulled. Military Dentist, it was quite brutalRossgo wrote:Yesterday didn't go exactly to plan. Having a tooth pulled is the most barbaric medical procedure I’ve ever gone through, and that’s with a top dentist that lectures in Med School and does supervisory work for the BDA, don’t go with a chancy dentist Rossgo and if possible get knocked out for it.

Survived Australia Day.
42 deg C today
Was soooo tempted to ride, alcohol numb and there was a race prepped 125 two smoker here and a Polaris race buggy. But I was sensible and sat in the pool quietly and drank cider like an old man.

Should've thrown a Cadbury Picnic bar into the pool, and then wait for pandemonium to erupt.

I’m ctfo after a week of full on days in the cold and wet, we achieved a significant amount and exceeded our targets by some margin, but at a cost. The hardest thing I’ve done all day is make coffee and a bacon sandwich.
I’m meeting Sir Loin of Beef tomorrow for a lunch date, I won’t be doing much after that either.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Recovering from last night and also just spent some money on a pair of tyres for the GT from Tyreleader.
I have gone for the Continental Road attack 3, all my mates use Michelin but the conti is supposed to be up there with the road 5 for a tad less cash. And I didn't enjoy the PR4's I had a couple of years ago.
Other than that there was the usual family stuff, and giving my mother a lift to her sister's and back.

Feeling better today after a good nights sleep, a very good lunch, a small Calvados and a log fire burning pleasantly whilst the wind and rain do their worst outside.

A good lawyer would at least provide some evidence to back up his claim.......
Hearsay it not admissible.
