So far getting rid of a migraine is top priority, this week off is going well lol. Next on the agenda is to remove the cylinder head from a Peugeot 206 1.4... shouldn't take too long, 10 years ago I would have whipped it off blindfolded but being off the tools for a decade may slow me down.

I was in Manchester this morning, on my way down to London nowKwacky wrote:Of to Manchester for a conference with a QC and some of our exits experts. Very nasty case, young child in a car crash, died twice at the scene. He's done really well and is approaching adulthood.

out for a bike ride but left it late, normally i try to get home before all the kids being collected in huge suv wagons- but i got caught, find it infuriating the way they just pull out , get the impression that the drivers aren't concentrating much. grrr

Today me and my misses went to London for a afternoon tea. But there's a twist it was a burger afternoon tea! 3 different mini burgers with pesseco and pudding. I got it as a birthday gift from a friend, what a birthday gift!!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Well I beheaded dad's car in about an hour and a half with a couple of coffee/rain breaks so that went well, delivered it to my local machine shop for a pressure test and skim, they do excellent work for a reasonable price.
Then my neighbor popped over and asked if I could help him fit some crash bungs to his new MT-09, that took next to no time and we agreed on a rideout later in the week.
Tomorrow, prep the car to put it back together, collect the head and gasket/bolt kit, PT session at the gym... Then bolt the little Pug back together and see if it run's like a dream or half a turn, pop, fart, and let the smoke out.

I put that car back together, being meticulous it took a lot longer than taking it apart but she purrs like a peugeot... Just a slight electrical gremlin to iron out and that will be done, needs a new ignition suppressor.
Aside from that I have cleaned my bike and recovered from yesterdays PT session, well almost.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Had my op on my nose, sorted my deviated septum and trimmed up my turbinoids, or port and polish as I like to put it.
Gotta over night and they are only giving my panadol, I was hoping for something decent!
Got stints in my nose for a week as he had to cut a fair bit out apparently.
Least it gets me out of work this swing!

I'm in a team of 4. There's about 30 in this wing but we mostly keep to our little teams.

Chilling out watching Mighty car mods Stagea build... Recovering from a nice 8am PT session.
Also just ordered a new exhaust box for dads car, and at some point I will grease the clutch pedal in my Honda and strip/clean the brakes on the bike before a ride later.

Tiling the man cave. Time to get it back into something useful and not just a dumping ground.

Working on a case with a very ugly Suzuki Bandit.
This thing deserved to go down the road.
