Re: The new improved fitness thread
well after three days of 'giving it a go' yesterday I was feeling like crap and thought I must have been coming down with the manflu, so i skipped the exercise session and went to bed early and got a good sleep. Appears I must be just getting old and soft because I feel heaps better today, so I thin...

That is gorgeous A mate I worked with bought a MV F4 312R when I was back at the refinery, he had no end of trouble with it and the after sales customer support in Australia was worse that woeful. But by goodness did it look nice. He still has it, but in storage as he went over to South Korea on ass...

They aren't banned here on aircraft but they specifically mention that they must be turned off and not powered up or charged in anyway for the duration of the flight.

Sorry but I'm just a cynical person - it comes from being lied to regularly by customers. Possibly, I know the distributor was chasing them pretty hard. One of the pr...

Finally got off my lazy butt and did some exercise yesterday, it's been a fair while. Just went up to the helideck with one of the other blokes and did body weight circuits (push-ups, pull ups, squats, triceps dips etc) with bouts of fast walking (no running allowed on the helideck) helideck laps in...
