Just remembered that the dislocation caused me lots of ITB (Iliotibial Band) problems as my knee cap swing around to the outside of my knee. So keep that in mind because it took my physio a while to recognise what the issue was, which made rehab harder.

Was due to finish the bike off yesterday just got a only needs brakes fitting on the front the rear shoes adjusting and a slight weep from the fuel tap sorting and she's done Unfortunately i ended up dislocating my knee and spent all day in a&e off work for a while no driving for at least 2 wee...
