I passed the eyesight tests for RAF pilots. It was really sharp and I've always had really good peripheral vision on top. As soon as I started using a computer on a daily basis my sight started to go.

Early computers using a tv when I was a kid did mine, ive had glasses since I was 12.

It was the ridiculous cloak and dagger stuff just to get them back then that was comical imho, if we wanted one of the "Under the counter" specials you had to give him the code word - even if you knew him and he knew you, you still had to go through the nonsense. Tbh I think that was most exciting thing that would happen to him all week and he really liked doing the secret agent stuff. Bit sad really.
