Steak, mushrooms, onions, and "spinach dal".... whatever that is???
The packet looked Indian-ish, I suppose.... very good stuff though.

An M&S best ever burger with my sisters home made tomato chutney , which is wonderful
Also home made bread and blackcurrant jam also excellent

I've been soaking some chicken breasts in buttermilk for 36 hours. I put a load of spices in the milk.

I've just done a seasoned light batter to coat the chicken with then rolled then in panko breadcrumbs.

Well worth the effort.

Andor. It's not been anything special so far. I hope the lukewarm reception it's getting sends a signal to Disney that making something for Stars Wars sake is going to kill the franchise.

Homemade hamburgers. The pork mince has been sitting in milk for a couple of hours to make it softer.
