Very true..my dogs are all happily waiting for me when I come home from somewhere , I don't expect all 6 of them to be plotting behind my back devising plans on how to snub me for being slightly longer than I told them ( I know they don't really understand when I tell them I'll only be 5 mins when I leave)
Now if I'd gone out and told OH I was going to be 5 mins and was 2 hours longer without calling , he would go nuts and vice versa
The other morning I'd completely forgot to open up the duck house at dawn... it was nearly 7 when I realised all was quiet... they happily came out to see me when I opened up the shed.. not one of them gave me a wing clip as they got out
