Realising during yesterday’s clothes shopping that my son is going to be a giant.
I’m 5’8” size 9 shoe..... he’s only been 12 for a few months and he’s just gone into a size 9 shoe, we measured up and his foot is exactly the same length as mine now. His height is at my eye line. He’s been eating like a demon possessed lately so I’m expecting a grow spurt soon, my poor grocery budget

Not a lot, my cousin came down from the lakes and introduced us to Meg, a 5 month old Black Labrador... Now I want a dog again but being single with a throw-a-6-to-start shift pattern makes that unfair on the dog.
Then I fitted the Puig hand guards, as soon as I was done it started raining so Netflix and beer sounded better than a soggy and slow ride, the tyres were great in summer.
Joining a like minded group of total nutters for the Christmas trail run. 9 miles dressed in a full Santa suit chatting and belting out Christmas songs.. with a little tipple of sloe gin to get us going

Pitched roof with purlins & rafters, trusses, or a flat roof.?
Your "I'll show you when I've finished" tactic is really frustrating to some of us mate.
Well done nonetheless, topping out ceremony soon.?
Picked up all the veg and fruit etc for Crimbo, then called into the farm to collect our avian feast, but was coeced into an accompanying tot of our farmers homemade sloe gin as a heart starter whilst I was there.... at 9:30 this morning.
Back home and bacon sandwiches, then prep to visit my oldest lad and his family for a cuppa and present exchange, then back home and pull the downstairs loo to pieces due to a leak. Leak fixed, then dinner and a large drink later, I’ve done the last wrapping had another cuppa and am now sagging. Bed then do it all again tomorrow.
Well wrapped presents till just after 1am last night and have woken up with my body feeling the worst it has in a long while. But Christmas Day so crawled out to the lounge and watched the kids tear into their presents. I’ve been avoiding painkillers but think I’m going to hit some today.
Merry Christmas you bunch of slappers
