Rather one of those than a deer, I think.....but either could ruin your day if it was big enough. That little fawn I hit years ago just exploded on impact ....but that was a tiny fcuker. Barely cracked the left side lower. Frickin' leg was killing afterwards.

Problem with introduced species Rossgo is they upset the natural balance of the native species.Rossgo wrote:Didn't realise they had them over at the IOM to be honest. But i like it, great to see wildlife to be honest and something different

Very true to be honest, we had those grey squirrels take over our red squirrels , hardly ever see red ones, to be fair I dont think I've ever seen red ones, but I've heard the reds were the dominant over here are some point in timekiwikrasher wrote:Problem with introduced species Rossgo is they upset the natural balance of the native species.Rossgo wrote:Didn't realise they had them over at the IOM to be honest. Re: IoM hopping mad?
Wow 10 years is scary for the population to become extinct. I've never seen a res squirrel even though it is our squirrel! Makes you sad really in such a short space of time they are in hiding now!bb41 wrote:This might interest you Rossgo.... horrifying how few there are nowRossgo wrote:Very true to be honest, we had those grey squirrels take over our red squirrels , hardly ever see red ones, to be fair I dont think I've ever seen red ones, but I've heard the reds were the dominant over here are some point in timekiwikrasher wrote: Problem with introduced species Rossgo is they upset the natural balance of the native species.
