Been today to watch practice and qualifying.

It was sold out and absolutely rammed with people.

Anyone want a bet on MM moving to KTM or Ducati within the next couple of years?

I get the impression he isn't all that happy with Honda.

Acting like a child like he does now and then. Martin had made contact with mm earlier in the lap so he had to get his own back. The crash happened right near us. Felt sorry for Dixon because he raced the race on his own. Rossi has made the right decision to retire. Happy for Espargaro getting 3rd. Strangely there was a lack of retail outlets, no where near as many as in past years.

One that came a cropper.

Did the weekend. Stayed on the golf course. Won't stay there again as way too quiet apart from you can hear the bands playing on Woodlands where the speakers face the golf club from about half a mile away. Sleep was impossible until they finished.

Drank plenty of beer, spent less than £50 while I was there, watched some rapper called Dizzee Rascal last night, less than 2 hours drive, no traffic jams coming out. It wasn't a sell out technically as they didn't open some stands in Club Corner plus other stands. 67,000 is a good attendance for this day and age. Managed to sit on a few bikes that I'm eyeing up. Ducati Hypermotard, Pannigale, KTM Superduke all too high off the ground for me (short arse syndrome). A Monster next possibly.

The MotoGP KTM's sound awesome, close on the Hondas of a few years ago. The racing was entertaining but I reckon the riders will be glad to get back to warmer climes. Rossi threatened a top 6 finish but he just fell further and further back. It's not the others getting faster, it's him getting slower! Fabio=future king.
