Should sell quickly at that price I would have thought. Lot of bike for the cash.

Good luck with the sale, I wouldn't hesitate in buying a bike from you. Will you put anything on FB? I can share from there if so.

I don't intend to put a post on Facebook. You're welcome to share the link from this site. Thanks.

I've put it on a few more forums tonight, If people could share the advert that would be appreciated. My email is kwacky at gmail, com if they want to come and see it.

I'll give it a few more days then it'll be the dreaded ebay.

Might be worth trying MCN classifieds before ebay.

It also might be a bit tricky selling in the current climate.

A lot of people aren't earning full wages and a lot of people that may commute don't know how their work is going to pan out.

Could it be worth sitting on it for a couple of months to let things settle down a bit?

Yep, I appreciate that.

The flip side is that people might be looking to grab a budget bike to cut down on costs, either by downsizing on a bike or using a bike instead of a car. My mate at Honda said he's shifting loads of their cheap models at the moment as people look to use two wheels instead of 4.

An advert is only £30. The bike doesn't owe me anything and it's insured for the year so there is no rush.

Surprisingly bike sales seem to be quite strong. Dealers I have spoken to seem to say it's the lack of bikes to sell is the problem.

Duke, you say that yet Suzuki and Aprilia are giving away top spec bikes for £150/month.. that's daylight robbery in my eyes - it's a bloody bargain.

Yes but that’s because no one wants to buy an Aprilia or Suzuki.

I've dipped my toes and advertised it on a Facebook group.

I'm just waiting to be offered an X reg VFR and a staffie cross.

I've had no bites for it sorry, Kwacky. People with money seem to be buying toys and not tools
