I wonder what happened that created the oscillation he was caught in, that caused the loss of control..
Also, did the bike end up under the lorry's wheels

In his remarks, he writes that he was accelerating very hard with his weight towards the back of the bike, shifted to second gear (!!!!!?) and the front of the bike went light when it hit a bump (or maybe an expansion joint??) and that's when the wobbles kicked in.
Got away with cuts & bruises. Result!!!!
