They do but they havent got a front paddock stand and they use a crane and strap to hoist the front.
I'm guessing its safe enough though

I prefer them to be strapped up rather than on two stands. Much more secure that way.

The gunk stuff I put in, never cured and was still in liquid form

Tyre gunk only cures through the hole. That's why it works and continues to work.

Yes that will be from the hole around your old punctured tyre.

Isn't it part of a pair of jeans button?

I think it's the spacer from where the rear fairing's bolted to the tank.

Actually, you could be on to something .... the rear hugger is off, isnt there a locating spacer in the swingarm by the caliper for the hugger ?
