Energy bills. I've had to pay £158 extra for this quarter, despite the fact my daughter has moved out.

Ours has gone ballistic.

During the summer, even with the plug-in hybrid car, the smart meter was about £3 a day now it's about £10.

You know it's all a stitchup when the energy switch sites have closed down.

How some households will afford this is beyond me.

Ours is silly currently.

It seems pretty likely that a lot simply will not. Huge increases in fuel costs, energy costs, food costs etc etc..... Interest rates looking to soar & a population that expects to (is used to, anyway) have instant gratification with little effort or outlay.
Fwiw I'd fully expect to see mass defaults, followed by a resultant socio-economic implosion.

Old Vlad's investment may pay off, sooner than I'd reckoned. ;)

I spent one morning renegotiating the gas and elec contracts for a client. The last contract was two years ago. Their monthly bill will be x3 what it was.

My Wife got hit while parked by a bus last night. My Son was in the car. Thankfully they're both fine as it was low speed.

Frustratingly, it's the same bumper that's had 2 repairs this year :@

Absolutely. Yesterday (and still a bit today) I didn't give a toss about the car, my only concern was them. She was collecting her autistic brother up from his day centre and he found it hilarious. I quote, "your husband is going to be mad!" :D

Twats who think they can park where the **** they like.

BMW decided to stop right outside the front doors to a pet shop even though outside the pet shop was a massive car park.

Then right a range rover parked on the pavement on double red lines outside a restaurant.

Trail Sabotage.

It's flipping dangerous! 25 minutes to clear a good effort by some small minded individuals. They shifted 100+ trees, branches, and bush all over the trail and then a whole wood pile at the bottom of a drop with some carefully positioned so they point directly at you as you go over the edge.
