Re: What are you doing today ??
Filled the car up on the way home, I thought I would treat the old girl to a tank of V-Power diesel and had a shock when I stopped daydreaming and looked at the pump £95.80 Ah well, maybe it will clean the injectors and get me a couple more MPG..
And then a woman in a dress which might have looked good on her 20 years ago decided to try to kill us all by lighting up a cigarette on the forecourt
I may or may not have offered to put it out for her with the foam fire extinguisher... Which didn't please the idiot one bit... I bet her parents are siblings

No urgent work to do today and since the Booster is still leaving me tired, i'm going to have a look round the NEC show.

Just picked Jess up from her work Christmas function. Lots of drunk hugs from nurses as I tried to extract her
It’s amazing how fast a drunk person can go down hill over a 30 min car ride home just glad she held it in till she got to the ensuite

Out for something to eat with the family

Exiting one of the residents this morning - the guy went out & got loaded, so he's outta here. And he's a bit of a slob, so cleanup will be a treat. The fun never stops.

A nice 230 mile round trip to drop the bike seat off at Elsemade and the Cruise stopped working on the cage, on the other hand it is now predicting a total of 850 miles from one tank.
Just done a covid test and it's negative so I am heating up an apple pie and will fix the car later, it's the switch on the steering wheel.

Nowt. It's pi$$ing down with rain here. Fortunately it's also windy enough that it blew most of the outdoor Christmas decorations over, so I've been outside in the rain trying to put them back into some semblence of order.

That doesn't make sense.... according to the numbers you passed.... barely, but a passing score is a passing score, yes???Stonesie wrote:Just done a mock theory test and selected the hardest questions option.

I've even watched a tankslapper hit a car and be airlifted off fish hill A few years ago now.
