It can be. There's a lot of people who try it and fail because they expect a quick profit.

I imagine there is plenty of investment, time and effort to return a good profit (y)

Really do fancy a trip down there, but it's a bit of a trek for me.

Have a great day with your little petrol head friend (lol) and take a few snaps (y)

Urgh!!
You guys just don't want to know how my day was today.
Not good, and by no means fun. Went from bad, to worse, to feckin' dreadful.

Phrases like "being puked on by a naked man in full seizure, while biting his tongue 'til it bleeds, and trying to hold him down 'til the paramedics arrive, etc" don't paint the prettier of pictures.
I have NEVER, EVER, seen someone's eyes rolling around in their sockets the way this guy's were.....they were going in opposite directions!! It was like something out of a horror movie. If I hadn't of seen it, I'd never have believed it. Strangest thing I can ever recall seeing.

Sounds like that share house is getting a bit out of control. How long till you can move on to something of your own?

Dunno?
I'm not unhappy here, if that's what you mean...but yes, my patience is wearing a tad thin. That guy was an exception though....the rest of the time this place is fairly chill. And it's cheap....I couldn't afford my own place around here unless it was a sh!tbox.
Basically, 90% of the problems with this place just got wheeled out of here.

Well I weakened last night and tried a cup. Turned out bloody nice.

Yep.... There's never a full moment around here. But, you stick a bunch of dysfunctional guys in one place together & there's always going to be something going on... and it's rarely anything positive. Just the nature of the beast, I suppose.

I've spent the last few days having a sort out in the house and garage. I've sold a bunch of spiders so they had to be packed and parceled. I've had a big rehouse session with the remaining spiders. I've got loads of empty enclosures that need cleaning up. I'll probably sell most of them.

With it looking like working from home is here to stay I've set up the desk and bought a proper chair so the spider room can double up as an office.

Not really. I miss having people to talk to and bounce ideas off. I don't like having my home as the workplace.
