So hat is everyone up to?

Friday going to see a man about some more spiders.

Saturday ripping up the Derbyshire countryside, sideways.

Sunday - aching all day because I'm far too old for speedway riding.

as above (apart from the spider thing ), going round n round in circles, then nursing an aching body.

tonight chillax
saturday ride to mikes to have my sprockets changed over to lower gearing,rip it up for a few hours on the way home
sunday nothing planned as yet

Friday trying to get rid of the shits
Saturday making my ass worse by riding a speedway bike
Sunday lying on my front all day

Bit of chilling out tonight.

May fayre tomorrow morning, not sure about the afternoon.

And god only knows what Sunday may bring.

Relaxing today. Done all the cleaning, hoovering, clothe washing and bathroom all cleaned too.

Tomorrow off out to have a ride. Destination unsure all I know is it's south. Going out for a couple of observed rides by other observers on the way down. On the way up up its a social ride. looking forward to it as need to get cross checked because haven't been checked by anyone else for a long time now!!
