I saw Iron Maiden at the Birmingham Odeon back in the mid 80s

Apart from going to watch my mates bands when we were young, my first proper gig was Jimmy page & Robert plant at Wembley Arena. My mum got me the ticket for my 16th birthday.

It was when they brought out the Walking into Clarksdale album. I think they played one or 2 songs from that album and then the rest was all the old Led Zepp stuff

The Jam - Bingley Hall Birmingham circa 1980.

Still ranks as one of the best gigs I have ever been too.

Stranglers - Rainbow theatre The new album (Raven) tour, I was still at school ha ha it was awesome..... Three of us went, it was just a mass of punks and pot lol.....amazing gig for sure.

Shakatak at the Braintree Barn in 83 iirc, it was so hot I wrung out my tee shirt when I got outside afterwards, awesome gig.

Kiss at the Newcastle. City Hall n 82...no makeup, two newish members....they really did really did not look comfortable....they'd. Only stopped wearing all the gear a month before.
