I don't know which way to go with that.
European High society has always abused children. You can find examples of it in history. The Marquis de Sade's books weren't total works of fiction, they were based on what the rich were up to at the time.
That said, I can't see a prince getting involved in something as dodgy as this.
I guess time will tell
