We make turkey burgers and they're incredible! It's a very versatile meat.

I've done lamb-burgers in the past..... they're so-so.
Bison-burgers are probably the best I've had....a bit spendy though, and buffalo/bison meat is hard to find.
I'm not big on turkey as a rule.

It needs mustard, cumin and hot chilli powder added to whatever seasonings you would ordinarily put in a burger.
