The fishing lark is rather interesting according to something that I read a few weeks ago.
I seems that all boats, from any EU country including the UK, were given quotas. Some greedy UK fishermen in the south west sold their quota to foreign boats for thousands. After brexit they can go out fishing again and ignore the fact that they have pocketed money from other EU fishing boats.

I see some news sources are saying Johnson tried to contact Macron and Merkel to make a last ditch attempt to discuss a deal..and they ignored the fat twat!

And he made a joke about the French at the dinner last night, saying only the British and the Germans know how difficult they can be to follow orders.
He's an embarrassment

Just love that. Brexit is giving the French more employment in monitoring the fishing stuff and manufacturing UK blue passports. I wonder if there is a tariff on importing passports.
I have my ferry booked back home to France on the 30th, I can then watch the shit happening from the outside rather than the inside in the new year. I might go for a little winter ride in the Pyrenees to get away from the news, or perhaps because I can.
I hope that the UK get what they voted for as long as they keep paying my RAF pension into my French bank account.
