Headlight feed is already a high drain, not best practice.
When I put in heated grips Rossgo I took a feed straight from the battery but ran it through a relay that was triggered by the rear light (very minimal extra load, like mV's) That way your device has a constant independent power source but is de-energised when the ignition is off.
It was the method recommended to me by an auto-electrician

Ordered some ZX-6R stickers for the front fairing to replace the stripes and the Ninja logo. I've never been a fan of the Ninja trade mark, it all feels a bit Gixery to me.

The muffs are at home today. I was going to fit them after I washed the bike on Saturday but I ran out of time.

Very nice gloves in the cold. Lovely and toasty. I had some when I had a Tiger 800. They were too bulky though for me so my Dad had them off me.

It was nice seeing all the bikes out today, all dressed up.
Shame I was in the car, but I did have the roof down to enjoy the noise of being overtaken![Happy (happy)](./images/smilies/emoticon-0142-happy.gif)

Very misty ride in this morning. On the plus side it was a bit warmer.
