Many of those in that area are bought by LL's ..it's a huge student area , my youngest rented a house there about 6 years ago., but not in such good order as that one...
£1200 PCM, plus bills plus parking permit.. she had to leave after a year as the noise was so bad and working shifts it was impossible.
A 3 bed semi in the village I'm in is nearly 700k ..strangely has had offers already ..not sure why as even the local pub is closing, non existent bus service , no shops . Insane

Jeez duke that home is £100k where are you looking. For a 2 bed terrace in need of modernisation I have to move 35 miles away from where I currently live and that's £200k and a lot further away from work
Around this area I live, a 2 bed flat is £300k. You can pick up a older 2 bed house for £350+ but the new homes are approx £500k+.
Well out of reach for most. But work is 25 miles away from here and that's enough of a commute after a night shift. But If we were to move then I think I'd have to sleep in my car just outside work as it would be dangerous to commute up to 60miles after a night.
House prices are far too high. Everyone deserves to be able to own a home when you work.

Oh yea I forgot to mention where I would move too
So
Wales
Scotland
Oz
Canada (blade defo not cold all the time I was there for 3 weeks and it was baking but a nice baking!)
NYC
Wales, Scotland, Oz and Canada are all so clean and tidy. People have pride in their countries
NYC is a wild card. Wouldn't go there for much more than having a nice pent house for those city breaks

When I went travelling, New Zealand and Australia were the places I would love to move to. Everywhere else were nice places to visit.
I loved Oz for the weather, and the surfing/beach lifestyle.
But I loved New zealand for the scenery, roads and variety.
It would be hard to choose between the two.

The mountain biking is way better in NZ...

Having done some research I'm liking the sound of Costa Rica.
