Looks like all of my team has arm pump.

I only know how to do it on my pc, hold the button [fn] and [printsc] button together, it then holds the pic on your clipboard, which you can then just paste into any paintshop type program/app and do what you want with it in there.

I'll have a try at that next time Frankie, cheers mate.
