Been to town had a Nandos and a shakeaway. Feeling so much more better with my back now just hoping it doesn't come back. Think I over indulged with food as a treat!! Now chilling out about to watch a film with the missus

Tbh Rossgo I offered to take the missus to the Italian lakes in October but she knocked me back. I was even going to hire a nice big comfy Ducati Multistrada to chauffeur her about on

At first I was surprised she knocked you back on a holiday...then I read on and you mentioned renting a bike...well I know understand why she knocked you back...she knows how you ride

Spent this afternoon gardening, now relaxing with a cold beer.

We nipped off to the shops and bought Mini Gees uniform, and then I thought "well, I'm in a decent shop, I might as well re-stock my wardrobe", which happens once a year normally - so I gave the card a good kicking and got some nice togs. Had lunch, and have been pressure washing and working on mini gees boat the rest of the afternoon, Mrs Gee is currently cooking fajitas and I'm sipping a very large, very cold, very strong G&T and all is well in my world.

if it's vitiligo, which I'm sure it is, there's nothing they can do. Unless I start wearing make-up. I'm sure Si has some tips for me .

It's nothing serious. I'm losing pigmentation in my skin, so I I've got patches of light skin. I look like a rare breeds pig

I'll have to avoid the sun as the pale areas don't tan, they only burn. Plus the tanned skin makes the pale areas stand out.

Time to learn to moonwalk.
