I had the current MPG reading on today. Highest mpg was 78.5

Lowest was 11.4 (devil)

Mines the same, although I did coax 120 on a motorway cruise with the bike in eco mode.

No mate. If your in 4,5 or 6 th gear and below 7000 rpm and no more than 20% throttle it automatically leans the mixture off and goes into eco mode. A little symbol which looks like 3 circles on the dash indicates its in eco mode.

It is basically a steady cruise on a clear motorway where you want to cover miles between fill ups I assume.

Blade

What were you getting out of your Blade when you had her? I only ask because if I were to get litre bike then think that would be what I'd buy

Blade was very good on fuel Rossgo. The Blades fuel light would come on between 120-130 miles where as the zx10 and sp2 fuel light is coming on at 85-90 mile.

I really would recommend the Blade on so many levels its an absolutely stunning bike and effortless and confidence inspiring bike to ride. In my opinion the most user friendly litre bike on the market and a stunning road bike with great relability.

Cheers for the response Blade. That's pretty good mileage from a superbike. It's nice to hear such positive words from someone who has owned one and really got to know it. It wouldn't be for another year or so yet but every week that ends is another step closer and I do keep looking at them now hehe!!

Take one for a test ride and see what you think.

I prefer my 600s and was happy to get back on my cbr600 after I had taken a FireBlade out

Cheers Blade. The only concern I'm having at the moment is insurance! If it weren't for the claims I think I'd be looking now for something else as insurance would be pretty cheap with the NCB.

I've always heard Honda's are such established well rounded machines and this 600 is definitely no different. Everything you seem to throw at it and it just laughs and says give me more. I absolutely love it. Blade would be the ultimate in my opinion

Kwacky yes I would love to test ride something g just to see what it's like but I would prefer to be in the market for one then not wasting anyone's times and won't feel awkward etc! However I may find that a litre is too much for what I need/ want/ can handle! Would definitely have to make my mind up when it came to it. Loving what I got at the moment though. 30k miles and it just laughs it off!!

a litre bike wont be to much for you or can handle, the throttle works both ways and the torque they offer is very addictive

Rossgo get some test rides when you're ready but the Blade which you mentioned is a good choice imo. Probably the easiest and most forgiving litre bike out there so easy step up from a 600.

Cheers Blade thanks for the advice. It must be good if you stuck with it for such a long time
