I did think the Sale of goods act allowed you 6 months to return faulty goods but looks like this legalisation has been replaced by the consumer rights act in 2015.

Here's a link it may be of some help but as Kwacky says if you don't ask you don't get, so may be worth speaking with Jordans first who seemed to have good customer service from your previous posts.

I have heard the MT10 is a brillant bike it's just a shame it looks so sh1t otherwise it would be nearly perfect and an absolute bargain.

So, an update, i've ridden the bike into work today, and contemplated a change, yet to be honest WHY WOULD YOU, its an amazing bike, all be it with the suspension problems its got, so imagine what to will be like when sorted!

I'm not changing it (yes Monty you'll be happy), instead i'm going to make it mine and need so need some advice on bits to purchase:
- link pipe for my Leo Vince end endpipe
- levers - I'm thinking long ASVs as they're the best i've had previously
- Double bubble screen - I am 6ft 2" after all
- new tyres - always had Pirelli Diablo 3's yet will this wear through quicker compare to maybe Metzeller 7's i've heard are good
- rear set cowl - yet not sure about that
- new bar grips - i'd like a little more cushioning in them
- braided hoses - i presume HEL ones yet will they affect the ABS?
- rear sets - i recall someone mentioning steer clear of Chinese ones, so maybe Gillies?

Any advice guys and girls that'd be great thanks.

Ps. don't worry I've not lost the plot and changed character, my plan is to buy ANOTHER bike for pottering about on, or maybe a project bike to turn into a café racer of some sorts. See, i've not changed :-)

I've been told Gilles rearsets explode when crashed.. not literally of course but you won't just be buying a new peg, you'll likely need a few parts (plus they're a ridiculous price anyway!)

I'm not sure about the ABS with the brake lines, try their website and if you don't have any luck on there give them a call or one of their distributors (if BikeTorqueRacing distribute HEL lines give them a call, most helpful guys I've bought from)

Let me know how much your link pipe is, I want to get one for my leo vince too.

Gilles are crap, steer clear.

Get a rear seat cowl, it transforms the look of the bike IMO

You don't have to do a remap if fitting a link pipe, I presume it'll be fine.

Zero Gravity are real nice.. I'd see if they do a Corsa screen for your. Also, a mate of mine had a PUIG on his that was a really big double bubble. He was around 6'2 also

Dont think so blade has a power commander on his mine does not. We have talked in depth about it and i dont think theres much in having one

Mines decated and the fueling feels good
Mine was booked into bsd for a remap have. A look at their website they specialise in kwacks

Yeah i think on the tyre front, its personal preference, I've always been a Rosso 2 fan, loads of feedback yet we shall have to wait and see how they wear

I've not found the gearing to be too much of an issue actually Perkles, does it really make that much of a difference?
