A card saying a parcel had been left at a neighbour. But no neighbour knew anything about it and when I rang the number on the card, they told me the tracking number which said the parcel had been returned to the depot. ****!

A cheque from HMRC !!! They miss calculated my tax payments last year, the rebate is enough to cover my first payment this year plus just shy of a grand in the hand

SDoc100 turning up today.

I've also ordered myself a new mug for at work. It's one of those heat sensitive one that is plain black when cold then it reveals the marauder's map from Harry Potter. I also order some of the Bertie Bott's jelly beans from Harry Potter for my gf on Valentines day as a little thing instead of chocolate

A new harness for the dog.

When he's off the lead he's as good as gold. Stick a lead on him and he might as well be a husky trying to pull a sled. I probably should have made more of an effort when he was younger but we only had to walk for 5 minutes on the lead until we got to a massive open field at that time.

Now we've moved, it's at least 15 minutes on lead to get somewhere like that, so consequently he hasn't been walked as much, which isn't fair on him. He's eaten 2 Halti leads and still pulls like a train with a chest harness.

So we got one of these...

A quick walk round the block last night was promising, hopefully he'll take to it better than the other stuff we've tried.

Our 2 springers pull like trains and we found a figure of 8 lead worked well (although they do try to get it off to start with).

You lead them by the nose. Basic leverage means you barely have to flick the lead to pull them away from something.

some eazi grip pads for the 999 tank, and a pair of Supercorsa's for the 999 in readiness for Almeria, which is still quite a way off but I thought they were a good price, £213 delivered.

Some new wooden coathangers. That's how exciting my life is.
