Only drawback is I gave myself the brain-freeze from hell this morning.... note to self, let things warm up a little lol.
A good mix I go for is:
1 banana
2 other pieces of fruit, depending on what's in. I quite like apple and frozen berries
Fill up with alpro almond milk (unsweetened)
A couple of spoons of 100% natural yoghurt and a sprinkling of oats to thicken.
The alpro stuff is much better than fruit juice and milk as it's so low in calories, sugar, and fat.
