Dam right. If they have no flexibility then screw them!!
I've had great issue with them over pricing before but besides that they have been good as pie!
The advertised price was not the price in the basket and they wouldn't honour it. I explained the situation and they were extremely unhelpful. I managed to find the suit cheaper else where so went there (Wheelup Italy).
They are almost never beaten on price though !!!
