Shit. I'm going to have to sell the house. I'm sure the kids will understand.
All that carbon. It's going to be an F1 car on two wheels.
Have you seen the charger on the engine? http://www.ninja-h2.com/video.html#QNlABzBpkP4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Supercharged Kwak ninja
I hope its a 600 or 800 as the comments that a zx10 engine could achieve 250 bhp is motogp territory and surely too much for anyone but a motogp quality rider.
I hope the power output is circa 180 bhp but weighs in at 160 kg with a chassis like a 600 supersport machine and class leading electronics.

Re: Supercharged Kwak ninja
Kawasaki are using the word 'Supersport' a lot so i suspect its a 600cc.
The advances in automotive engineering currently are fantastic. Must be a great time to be working in that industry.

Re: Supercharged Kwak ninja
The old F1 super charged engines weren't very big so I reckon a 600 is possible.
It looks and sounds like an IL4
The current zx6r has a load of electric gizmos. So maybe this is just a 600 with a supercharged engine?

Re: Supercharged Kwak ninja
Looking at the blower vid in freeze frame I'd say the engine block looked like a 600 or smaller.

Re: Supercharged Kwak ninja
It makes sense its a small capacity engine to comply with emission regs and its the way the car industry has gone. Sports cars now are smaller capacity but with forced induction for equal bhp of a larger capacity engine.

Only a day to go.
This article is worth a read, they've done their research for it.

I presume that this is the sort of engine they'll be using:-
