I suspect it's the heat. I feel sick, dizzy and I can't barely process anything today. It's been a struggle.

Aaaaargh! - Me back's knackin'!!!
I went out cycling yesterday....about 35 miles of reasonably steady road riding..... but the last 8-10 miles was not fun at all, and I'm paying for it this morning.
I think I'm going to end up spending the day in bed. Not very happy ATM.

Jess is doing reasonably ok, but I had massive fevers last night. Soaked the bed in sweat. Ended up sleeping on towels

A fever Saturday night has resulted in a swollen and incredibly painful epididymis, and an extremely swollen bursa in the knee. Painkillers don't do a lot and the anti-inflammatories are just about stopping the swelling from increasing.

Bursitis and Epididymitis are both caused by bacterial infections and Bursitis commonly causes a fever. It seems quite like that I've eaten my son's sh!t at some point and given myself a bacterial infection (facepalm)

Fever, epididimytis, reactive arthritis in my knee and a 2 day migraine that doesn't appear to be shifting anytime soon. Signs of a bacterial infection in my urine too.

I've been to the doctor's today. I've had a persistent pain in my lower left abdomen for a couple of weeks. I thought I had pulled something but the pain hasn't changed. Doctor said it doesn't feel like a hernia, it is probably just a sprain. But I'm having blood tests and sending off stool samples to check to see there's nothing else going on.

Initial blood results are clear but they're wearing for some others.

I've been called in for an NHS health check. I suspect in going to be told to lshed some weight and watch my blood pressure.

We must be at the age we are all falling apart.

Booked in for an appointment for a ballsack ultrasound. You know all those complications they tell you a small percentage of people have post a vasectomy, I’m that small percentage it seems.

I think we don't shrug stuff off like we used to in our 20s, or even our 30s.

That’s doing well at our age (lol)

At least the rules out a few nasty issues

Blood tests show I've possibly got Gilberts Syndrome. That's nothing to worry about. My cholesterol reading is 5, when it should be 4 or lower. I don't have any other risk flags so they reckon they can leave me to try and change my eating habits. I have always had a high reading. I've started to drink more water which should help, as should losing weight.

Still no idea about the pain in my lower abdomen though.
